Our in house auto cad designer gives Baking Technologies the ability to provide a full turn key solution for the bakery design element of the project. From design layout, process flow, utility support drawings to complete equipment layouts we are able to offer our customer a full technical drawing package.
Product & Recipe Development
Baking Technologies are able through the consultancy department to offer product and recipe development. We can overview current recipe files and report on recipe issues, we can also update recipe formulations and suggest ingredient solutions. We are also able to assist with new product development for our customers based on market trends and the customer’s needs.
Analysis of Current and New Bakery Businesses
Baking Technologies can provide our customers a complete review of their existing business operation from recipe costing, production systems, best practice and general administration and provide an overview of the total operation with action plans for improvement and support. We are also able to review new business set ups and provide support prior to the operation start up.
Staff Training & Development
Baking Technologies are able to offer staff training and development in the areas of bakery production, bakery management and bakery administration. The training can be carried on site at the customer operation or at Baking Technologies Innovation centre where our teams of bakers are able to carryout turnkey training for our customers.
