Baking & Pastry Guild Middle East is established as a separate activity and supported fully by SEUMACO Middle East to gain the respect and support both locally and internationally for the baking & pastry making profession and to further:
- Promote the interest of the bakery and pastry profession both locally in the U.A.E., the GCC & internationally;
- Encourage UAE & GCC nationals to consider a career in the bakery, pastry profession;
- Enhance the international bakery & pastry prestige of the U.A.E. & GCC;
- Encourage & promote training courses, bakery & pastry events and educational programs within the U.A.E.;
- Advocate the formation and development of a bakery & pastry team to represent the U.A.E. internationally;
- Develop mutually beneficial contacts with all branches of hotel, catering, bakeries and allied industries.
‘Membership’ of the Guild is free of cost and shall be open to all those professionally employed in the baking, and/or pastry industry and who share common interests.
