The Center is specially designed and developed for companies who are active in the Bakery, Pastry and Food Industry and the facility is fully designed towards the latest designs, HACCP regulations and operational needs of our Middle East clients.

The facility is managed and operated by licensed and experienced Master Bakers & qualified Technical Engineers.

 

Our Bakery Technology CentrE is designed into 4 major sections

  • Test equipment for Artisan small size bakeries, bakery-pastry-chocolate shops, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls & hotels
  • Test equipment for Industrial larger size bakeries & food industries, catering, CPU’s & Airlines
  • Seminar Center dedicated for theoretical trainings, seminars and schooling
  • General equipment showroom

Due to the excellent relations we hold with our European equipment and ingredient partners/principals we are continuously able to provide the market with the latest types of test equipments, the latest news on ingredient/recipe developments and the latest training and updates on equipment service, parts and maintenance issues.
